Who is Cary Grant Anderson?

Who am I?

Good question!

My name is unique...and so am I.

You are technically unique as well...But you are essentially a copy of anywhere from dozens to thousands of people...

So your uniqueness is not rather...Unique.

I, however, (chest puffing up in artificial pride!)...Am Unique!

There's only ONE of me that I've found so far on this big planet of Earth...

And while other share some experiences and characteristics with me...I've never found anyone quite like me out there in the big wide world.

Sigh! There's just some times when you just want to be like other people and fit in!

Which I've been trying to do unsuccessfully all my life.

I do reside in an unassuming, unimpressive (is that actually a real world?) physical body...

My mental life is far, far beyond other mere mortals/humans.

For example, I have my own vocabulary, i.e. my own set of words and phrases, that I use either regularly or from time to time that other people seldom or do not use.

For example, sometimes in meetings I will say, "Let's not perturb that..." when talking about other people's efforts or projects...

Huh? What?!

Well...Of course this project/effort is on a trajectory, hopefully powered and not just ballistic, and if it is reasonably on course to it's final objective/destination then let's not perturb it's path...

Ah...Everyone thinks in Orbital Mechanics, right?

Huh? What does Orbital Mechanics have to do with a project or people's efforts?

Ah...Well...A body in motion tends to stay in motion unless operated on by an outside force (Sir Isaac Newton - See the Principia Mathematic - A very interesting read...And story!) so efforts and projects describe a line/curved line over time from where they started to where they are at and where they want to finish/to be/destination...

Ah...Notice the I regularly use slashes with words/terms?

It conveys much more nuanced meaning(s)...

These are Grant-isms...

Also know as Grant Terms...

And Grant Vocabulary.

I don't call it "Grant Speak" because the vernacular posits a lack of understanding of the true depths and nuances I'm trying to convey...So such a term does not do it appropriate justice/recognition.

Yes, I have perverted/manipulated/extended/wrestled/forced my thoughts upon American English expressions...

Fer sure, Dude! Far Out!

Why Be Boring?
